sleep is considered a waste of time by many people
because sleep is a passive activity… kind of feminine energy
and usually mankind is very ruthless with feminine or passive energies
and often it takes feminine energy for granted.
its important to respect sleep, your body, your life and this mother earth.
all these are often taken for granted.

sleeping deeply is more important than sleeping for more number of hours.
it is the depth of the sleep which charges us and that is what really matters
rather than the number of hours you have slept.
ideal sleep is dreamless. where dreams have also stopped.

few tips to make our sleep more deep and restful:
1. sleep in a totally dark room… cut all sources of light.
2. don’t use your bedroom for any mental work. let the energy in your room be passive.
3. practice meditation before going to sleep.
4. avoid keeping television, computers or books in your bedroom.
5. don’t take your problems or office job to bed.
6. relax every part of your body when you go to bed.
7. live a peaceful and relax life.
avoid watching movies, surfing internet unnecessary.
in short, don’t do any activity which adds garbage to your mind.
