Why you should cook food with love and in a happy mood

food should be always cooked with love and with a positive frame of mind.
when we eat food then it not only nourishes our physical body
but it also feed our second body or the etheric body.

our etheric body is very much responsible for our emotional well being.
e.g. if you are in the habit of getting angry often
then your etheric body will be charged with lot of anger energy
and most probably it will have lot of red color,
as red color in aura represents anger.

cooking food with love

what happens when we cook food with love:

when we prepare the food with love or devotion
then this loving energy goes to our etheric body and nourishes it.
same is true with other emotions like anger, hatred, jealousy,
if you prepare your food in a angry or unsatisfied state of mind
then these emotions are going to the etheric body of the person eating that food
and that person will get charged with that emotion after eating the food.
so if you love your family then make sure to prepare food in a loving mood.

why we love the food prepared by our mother:
because she loves us and wants to feed us and nourish us.
so when a mother prepares food for her children
then lot of love energy also gets infused in the food.
thats why no matter how good cook we become
we always cherish the food cooked by our mother.

similarly, we also like the food which is offered as prasadam in the temples.
because their, the devotees prepare the food with lot of devotion
and again the food gets charged with lot of love and positive energies.

basically every food has to parts:
1. visible part – which nourishes your physical body. its important to eat the food fresh otherwise it loses the vital prana. so always eat freshly cooked food.
2. invisible part (emotions) – it affects our etheric body. food prepared with love and devotion will not only nourish your etheric body but will also give satisfaction to the soul.
