when you get up early in morning then you have enough time to do things as well as to admire the freshness and beauty of the early morning hours. so make it a point to get up early in the morning. there is a old saying “early to bed and early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy and wise”. i don’t know how much it is true but it can definitely make you healthy, happy and a relaxed person.

2. wake up with positivity.
when you wake up then have a positive attitude towards the life and for the day ahead. be grateful for all the positive things you have in life. thank god for giving you one more day to live. 5 minutes of laughter is equally beneficial to make you lighter, relaxed and more positive. so wake up with a positive and smiling face.
3. starting the day on a healthy note
a) physical exercise like brisk walking, jogging, yoga, pranayam are good for your health.

6. do the activities mindfully
since you have enough time in morning, so why not do the things slowly and mindfully. why to be in a hurry and spoil the whole day. why not take your own sweet time and enjoy your mundane tasks.
7. eat healthy breakfast
a) never miss your breakfast. missing breakfast is not good for your health. if you skip breakfast then your body and mind cannot give its 100 percent. when you are young then you take your body for granted and often skip breakfast. but in long run it affects your physical health badly.
b) eat healthy food. it is also important to eat food with a relaxed mind. so don’t eat in hurry and chew your food well.
c) don’t watch TV or read books while eating food. why not just focus all your attention on food and enjoy it.
d) lastly don’t over eat. don’t drink water immediately after having breakfast.
