
It happens with all of us that we get engulfed with the negative energy and we want to get rid of it. Salt water is an excellent and quick method to remove negative energy from your aura as well as from your home.
Whenever you are feeling negative, burdened or tired then you can use salt water therapy. Its works quickly and gives instant results. Salt water has the ability to absorb the negative energy. So it is widely used in removing negativity.
Whenever you come back from home after visiting a busy or negative place. The first thing you should do is to change the clothes, take a bath or at least, wash your hands, feet, and mouth. How to use salt water for removing negative energy:
1. Take a salt water bath:
When you take a bath then add some rock salt or sea salt to the bucket. You can add 1/2 to 1 cup of sea salt or as per your need. Taking salt water bath will remove negative energy from your aura and you will feel fresh and clean. Table salt may not have that much positive effect than sea salt or rock salt. Normally sea salt is used for removing negative energy. I often use this method when I feel tired after coming from a busy place or when I feel negativity around myself. This is a quick and fool proof method I am using for a long time. Another variation is to keep your feet in sea salt water. Water is one of the best healers. Even if you keep your feet in hot water or take a tub bath with some aromatic oil added to it then also you will feel recharged and fresh.
2. Mopping the floor with salt water:
Mopping the floor every day is a good practice as it adds a lot of positivity and freshness to the room. Instead of adding disinfectants to the water, add some sea salt and then do the mopping. This will take away much of the negative energy and will raise the vibrations of the room. You can actually feel the difference.
3. Keep salt water bowl in corners of room
I learned this method while doing a healing course. Our instructor told this method of removing negativity from any corner or spot of the room which is charged with negative energy. Just add some sea salt to a bowl filled with water. Keep the salt water bowl in the negative corner of the room for some hours. After that drain the water in the wash basin or toilet. This process will clean the space from negative energy as salt water has absorbed all the negativity.
She also warned us that when you drain the water then take care that you don’t touch the salt water. As it has absorbed the negative energy. In case, it happens by mistake then wash your hands (or the touched body part) with running water to remove the negative energy. Generally dark lit spots or corners of the room get charged with the negative energy. So they should be given extra attention.
4. Visit a Beach
If you stay close to a beach then nothing like it. Spend some time in sea water and you will feel cleaner and grounded. At times, you might feel tired also after visiting the beach that’s because a lot of negativity has been released from your aura and it needs time to readjust the energy. Another reason for tiredness could be lethargy because beach relaxes you totally.
I personally prefer walking on the beach and doing vipassana walking meditation. Sometimes I take walk in sea water with my ankles deep in water but without wearing any slippers. Walking barefoot on sea sand will also make you feel good as well as grounded. Spending time on the beach is one of my favorite way of changing my mood to positive and also to release the negative emotions effortlessly.
In the end, I must mention that running water is always fresh and pure. So spending time near running water or river or beach will always freshen you up. Keeping a water fountain in the home also helps a lot in removing the stagnant energy from the room. If we can learn from running water and keep on moving with life then we will also be fresh and alive in life. Never get caught in the past. Keep on moving with time and be in the present moment. Let go of the post, don’t move into the future and just keep your attention in the present moment. Living in the present moment is the best healing method for all.
